Peruffo Jewelry presents Studs
Over 40 years of experience and expertise in the goldsmith’s art have seen Vicenza company, Fratelli Bovo create Peruffo Jewelry, a young brand with a solid identity, founded on an expert blend of skill, sensitivity to materials, sophisticated content and innovative designs and techniques.
A new classic, a pret-a-porter sculpture, with a wealth of personality, able to transcend time and type, through its continuing dialogue based on research, experimentation, design and material. These are the key concepts of the brand, interpreted by creative director Marta Martino, a designer with years of experience in women’s clothing, who as worked with Byblos, Max Mara and Antwerp 6.
Peruffo Jewelry has a careful eye for contemporary culture and sustainability. This focus has resulted in the recent launch of the Journal section on Peruffojewelry.com, a genuine cultural magazine to inform and provide in-depth articles, while creating an interesting network of the faces and events on the international artistic, photographic and design scenes.
The sustainability aspect is linked to the “Responsible Jewellery Council” - an international organisation with regulatory functions, founded for the purpose of promoting responsible practices throughout the whole supply chain of diamonds, gold and platinum group metals with regard to ethical, human rights, and social and environmental issues - of which Fratelli Bovo is a member.
The new STUDS collection is being presented at VOICE 2020. The key concept of STUDS can be summed up in the key phrase “Point and line to plane” by great artist, Wassily Kandinsky, which encapsulates the foundation of these new creations. Thus the small pyramid-shaped stud becomes the unique essence of a collection that sees a constant, obsessive use of studs in gold and blue agate on earrings, bracelets, necklaces and rings.
